Course Testimonials
Here's how the course is creating impact for participants
A. Small
Digital Marketing Executive
"Shanna's presence as a speaker and educator is welcoming and knowledgeable, and there were a lot of reflection points included throughout the course that gave me a chance to pause and think about the material in the context of my own company. I used the course content to develop a set of recommendations for our agency's executive leadership team. Being able to cite the course material as input or evidence allowed me to present a stronger case for implementing the recommendations."
A. Calhoun
Leadership Coach & Principal
"I liked having the course spread out over a few days because it is challenging to carve out a whole day. I appreciate the mixture of online, self-paced learning and live training. This course was more robust than most with the online platform where you could return to the materials and complete. The course helped me better understand and explain the impact of a work environment lacking psychological safety and empathize with my clients."
